Starting with the Large Triangle Pennant Burlap Garland; paint stripes with the Turquoise Acrylic Paint and a foam brush.
Add red stripes. Repeat for each pennant and let dry.
Now for the small garland. Pick out the letters to spell CIRCUS from the Monogram Stencils Set and place the letter on top of the burlap triangle.
Brush on black paint and remove the stencil to reveal the letters.
Hang both garlands up in front of your party table for a layered festive look!
