Inflate Emerald Green 11" Latex Balloons, Lime Green 11" Latex Balloons, White 9" Latex Balloons, Orange 9" Latex Balloons, Jumbo White 36" Latex Balloons, Turquoise 11" Latex Balloons, and Red 9" Latex Balloons in various sizes. String the balloons in a random color order on a 50-Ft. Balloon Decorating Strip until you reach your desired length.
Wrap a Bamboo Garland around your balloon strip, tucking the garland in between balloons to hold it in place.
Insert Medium Polyester Palm Leaves into your balloon garland. Wrap the stem around the balloon decorating strip to secure each end.
Hang your balloon garland in a swooping design on a backdrop or wall with tape or push pins.
Add Bright Stuffed Snakes and Jumbo Spiders to your garland. Secure the snakes by winding them in between various balloons. Take a spider leg from one of the spiders and stretch the leg out (it will stretch pretty far). Tie the leg to the base of a balloon to hold the spider in place.
