Wrap your wreath with the Blue Glitter Tulle Roll. Secure the ends with hot glue.

Open four of the DIY Clear Ornaments and pour the lightest blue Extra Fine Glitter into one side of the ornament.

Fit the other side of the ornaments on top of the glitter-filled ones and close securely.
TIP: To ensure they don’t pop open, place a piece of clear tape along the seam of the bottom. Once they are all closed, hold the each firmly and shake vigorously to coat the inside of the ornaments with the glitter.

Repeat Step 3 with four more of the DIY Clear Ornaments and medium blue Extra Fine Glitter.

Repeat Step 3 with four of the larger DIY Clear Medium Ornaments and dark blue Extra Fine Glitter. When you’re done, you will have twelve total glitter ornaments (four of each color).

Cut four of the Blue Metallic Bead Necklaces to make four individual bead strands. String the Clear Stretchy Cording through the top hole of the larger dark blue ornament and tie it to the bottom of one of the bead strands.

String the Clear Stretchy Cording through the top hole of the smaller medium blue ornament and tie it to the bead strand approximately 4-5 inches from the bottom one. Be sure to trim any excess clear cording from your knots. Do the same thing with the smaller light blue ornament. When you are done, you will have one bead strand with three ornaments attached.

Repeat Steps 6 and 7 for all of the three remaining bead strands. When you are done, you will have four bead strands with three ornaments on each.

Attach one end of one of the bead ornament strands to the inside of the wreath with hot glue. Wrap the bead ornament strand around the wreath twice. Secure the last inside strand to the inside of the wreath with hot glue. Continue to do this with the other 3 bead strands being sure to secure them directly across from each other on the wreath in a cross pattern.

On the inside of the wreath, secure a Submersible LED Light to the left of each of the four attached bead strands with hot glue. The LED lights last up to 2 days so you can turn them on before your party simply by turning the light casing clockwise.

Create a hanger for the chandelier by taking four more Blue Metallic Bead Necklaces and cutting them to make four long strands. Wrap one around the wreath next to each of the LED lights and tie the ends together with Clear Stretchy Cording. Once all four bead strands are around the wreath, secure them to the inside and outer edge of the wreath with hot glue so they stay in place next to each LED light.

Gather all four of the bead strands for the hanger above the middle of the wreath and secure them all together with the clear cording. You can now hang it from a ceiling cup hook.
