Measure an 18" length of the boxwood garland and cut with wire cutters. I cut the end closer to a cluster of leaves so that there was a bit of wire left longer on one end.

Bend the longer end of wire on your cut pieces to form a u-shape, then form a circle and hook the wire onto the other side to blend in with the clusters of leaves. Squeeze the wire tightly so it closes and doesn't pull loose.

Pour a bit of white acrylic paint onto a paper plate and dip the ends of the natural pinecones into the paint just so the outer edges are covered, as if dusted by snow.

While the paint is drying on your pinecones, add a ribbon bow to the top of your wreaths where you attached the two ends. This not only looks pretty, but will also help secure the ends together.

After the paint has dried on the pinecones, add them to the underside of the bow with a dab of hot glue.

Once your wreaths are all completed, hang them on the backs of the chairs around your table. I used small plastic hooks to hang mine, but if your chair is open at the top you can hang with a bit of ribbon tied around the chair. I love that these DIY Boxwood Wreath Chair Backers aren't overly Christmas-y, so they can be left hanging even after the holiday is over!
