Grab a stack of 9" round black paper dinner plates.
Use a 1.25" circle punch and American Crafts White Cardstock to cut out the "finger holes" for each bowling ball plate. You'll need 3 circles for each plate. If you have a Cricut cutting machine, you could also use white vinyl and your machine to cut out each circle.
Place a 1/2" GlueDots Clear Adhesive Dot on the back of each white circle.
Place three white circles in a triangle pattern on the black paper plates to create bowling ball finger holes.
Use GlueDots to adhere your paper plate bowling balls to your party backdrop. Create a bowling pin inspired balloon garland using the White Latex Balloon Garland. Create a column of white balloons and then insert two rows of red balloons to create the red stripes on your bowling pin.
