Using a standard size hole punch tool, punch a hole in the top of each bookmark.
Cut two pieces of rickrack six inches long and lay on top of each other so the edges match. Fold in half and feed the folded end through the hole in the bookmark. Pull through about an inch of rickrack through the hole.
Take the bottom of the ribbon and pull through loop until secure.
