
Open the felt back up and draw a line from the pencil mark to the corners on each opposite side. I lined up a piece of felt to draw along to help make my line straighter.

Use scissors to cut on the pencil lines to cut out the flag.

Decide what you want each flag to say and pop out the adhesive felt letters.

Wrap the felt flag around the wood dowel once, then adhere with hot glue. Hold the flag in place for a minute to secure as the glue dries.

Peel off the paper backing from the adhesive foam letters, then stick them in place on the flag.
