Begin by applying glue dots to one side of a white bucket in a pattern of your choosing. Cover each of the dots with gold glitter and gently pat the glitter down to ensure a good amount sticks to each one. Shake off the excess glitter, then using a paint brush, carefully brush between each dot to remove any stragglers.

Next, fill a 5" pink balloon with various colors of sequins, mini diamonds and one or two pieces of Jolly Ranchers® candy. Use the flat end of a bamboo skewer to carefully coax the candy into the balloon.

Create a tassel for each of the buckets using mint green yarn. To make the tassels, simply wrap yarn around your hand roughly 10 times, then using a separate piece of yarn or baker's twine, tie at the top to secure together. To create the "head" simply wrap around the bundled part with piece of baker's twine and secure the end with a dab of hot glue.

Place the tassel onto the bucket on the front right corner with the long piece of yarn inside the bucket. Secure the tassel using a piece of washi tape on the inside of the bucket.

Fill the bucket half-way full with yellow paper Easter grass to provide the balloon with a padded landing inside the bucket.
