Tape off geometric shaped sections on a white polyester tablecloth. Be sure to press firmly to ensure the paint does not seep underneath when you begin painting.

Paint the taped off shapes on the tablecloth. I chose a light pink, darker pink and yellow for my backdrop, and left a few of the sections unpainted, but you could definitely paint each one if you chose.

Once the paint has dried, turn the tablecloth over and attach tabs created with white satin ribbon. To create the tabs, cut a 4" long piece of ribbon, fold it in half and hot glue on all sides. Using a large size Command Hook as your guide, attach your newly created tabs to the tablecloth using hot glue. I placed the hook just below the seam of the tablecloth, and then glued the tab right on the spot where it would hang on the hook. After attaching four tabs along the top of the tablecloth, adhere the hooks to the wall, and hang the cloth.

Next, either freehand, or use a stencil, to draw and cut out letters on black paper to spell the words 'pucker up'. Attach the letters to hot pink baker's twine using glue dots, then string in front of the tablecloth backdrop, attaching to the wall behind the backdrop with additional glue dots.

Set up a table or bar cart in front of your newly hung backdrop and begin adding your glasses and barware. Here I painted stripes onto two long white platters; one held our Pink Lemonade Jello Shots in mini clear appetizer bowls, and the other served a signature drink in silver rimmed plastic tumblers. For added depth and height, I placed three pretty bottles of lemonade on top of an unfinished wood planter, which was painted white and received a strip of black and white striped ribbon. A bright yellow tray held wine glasses with yellow rock candy lollipops, ready for the pouring of our second signature drink, which would be mixed in the plastic wine carafe. I also placed a silver vase full of flowers and greenery to tie in our table centerpiece which you can see in the full You're the Zest Bridesmaids Luncheon post.

Just before guests arrive, bring out your premixed cocktails for everyone to enjoy! By having them already premixed, there's no need for anyone to have to play bartender for your party and everyone can simply enjoy each others company. Printable signs in small acrylic frames designated what each drink was, and added a playful touch. Download the Free Lemon Printable here!

Finally, sit back and enjoy the day sipping on lemony libations and noshing on sweet treats with your besties!
