Make up the Large Clear Favor Boxes. Fill each box with Tissue Paper.
Tip: Use 20 boxes to create a 4 Christmas tree arrangement, more if you would like a larger tree.
Next, fill each box with the matching shred color - red, pink, blue, green and gold.
Next, add bottles of your favorite mini liquor bottles. Place these with the tops up towards the lids. This will enable the boxes to be easily opened once in formation.
Cover each bottle with more shred before closing.
Next, add sticker numbers to each box.
Next, create the "tree" toppers.
Fill 4 (or less if you are doing a larger tree) DIY Large Clear Christmas Ornaments with shred, add a small liquor bottle and close.
Next, cut one of the mistletoe from the Mind's Eye™ Mistletoe Banner. Glue it to the top of each ornament. Alternatively add a small Santa hat, star or Santa decoration to the top.
Then, add a gold glitter alphabet sticker to the ornament. A number for each of the remaining days.
Use the washi tape rolls to stand the ornaments upright.
Then stack the boxes to create small trees on your mantel, each with ornament tree toppers. Each tree represents 6 days of the month.
Add the remainder of the Mind's Eye™ Mistletoe Banner to the mantel to complete the DIY Adult Advent Calendar decor.
Finally, open each day and enjoy the lead up to Christmas! Tip: If giving the calendar as a gift consider adding a small cocktail recipe into each day or a fun Christmas quote of "Cheers".
