Begin by coating four DIY Unfinished Wood Horseshoes with light pink paint. Once the paint has dried, hot glue a few sprigs of greenery and a small blue silk flower to the right side of each.

Next, paint six Deputy Sheriff Badges light blue and one badge light pink.

Tear a 1 1/2" strip from a Classic Navy Bandana and secure the strip to the center portion of a DIY Unfinished Wood Mini Crate with a small bead of hot glue. Once the paint on the sheriff badges has dried, use a bit of hot glue on the back side of the badge to adhere it to the left corner of the crate. Set the crate aside.

Now we'll add the bullseye to the center of a Stained Wood Sign. If you have a cutting machine you can cut the bullseye from white adhesive vinyl and apply it directly to the sign. You can find the template to cut the bullseye here. Alternately, you can trace around three circles in the free printable template that can be downloaded here, and then fill in the circles with white acrylic paint.

We'll now add the words "cowboy or cowgirl" to the sign using light blue adhesive vinyl, grey adhesive vinyl and pink adhesive vinyl. You can find the file to cut the words using your cutting machine here. If you don't have a cutting machine you can download the printable template here. Simply follow the steps in this post to easily trace and transfer the wording onto the sign, which can then be filled in with light blue and light pink paint.

Now we'll embellish the sign with the painted Deputy Sheriff Badges and decorated horseshoes. Begin by hot gluing a badge on each of the outer edges and one in the center of both the top and bottom of the sign. Next, attach one horseshoe between each of the badges using hot glue.

To play the game, we'll use fun Farm Animal Squirt Toys to squirt paint onto the sign. We'll first need to water down the paint by adding a small amount of light pink paint and light blue paint to two separate plastic cups and then topping them off with water. You will want the consistency to be thick enough to not drip too easily, but thin enough to squirt freely from the animals. To fill the animals with the paint mixtures, point the mouth of each animal into the paint and then squeeze the animal to draw the paint into the animals. This is best done by someone you trust to keep the secret of the baby's gender, so the surprise isn't spoiled too soon! You will want to be sure to fill one extra animal with the color that corresponds to the revealed gender. (i.e. if it's a girl, fill 3 animals with blue paint and 4 with pink). Corral the filled animals in the decorated DIY Unfinished Wood Mini Crate.

Display the game during your Cowboy or Cowgirl Gender Reveal Party as décor until the end of the party when it's time to play!

Finally, take the game outside and take turns squirting the animal toys at the bullseye on the sign. Whichever color is squirted the most reveals the gender. And in this case, yeehaw! It's a little cowgirl!
