Pop the handles off of a treat bucket and thread a strand of black and white striped ribbon through the holes where the handles used to be. Tie the ends of the ribbon securely.
Using hot glue, attach a natural raffia hula skirt around the entire bucket.
Attach a second hula skirt around the bucket using hot glue until the entire bucket is covered.
Cut a hole from the top of a black hat. The hole creates a way for the trick or treater to easily place candy through the top of the hat into the bucket.
Add a pair of black sunglasses to the covered bucket using hot glue.
