Use a food-safe brush to apply a layer of Edible Copper Luster Dust to ready-made white chocolate truffles. Begin by dabbing a bit of dust on the top of the truffle then, using a sweeping motion, carry the dust to the edges. We used Luster Dust from Bakers Party Shop.
Fill Mini Clear Appetizer Plastic Bowls about 1/3 full with copper sprinkles (we used Bronze Sprinklefetti™ Sprinkles Mix from Bakers Party Shop). Center the copper-dusted truffles into the appetizer bowls on top of the sprinkles.
Place a fresh blackberry on top of each truffle. For a pretty presentation, print these copper-kissed appetizer coasters and display the truffle appetizers on top of each coaster. Download the free appetizer coasters here.
