Start by laying out your table or kitchen island. A huge floral arrangement and the chalkboard sign were the first pieces I placed, right in the center. Use a chalk marker to write on the sign. Put your flowers in a jar. I simply used grocery store roses and greenery which worked great in my giant ginger jar. Work your way out to either side of the table by laying out the dishes first before placing any cookies into place. When setting a tablescape or bar area up, I like to make sure there is balance as well as height variance.

Serve your family’s favorite cookie recipe. I made my family’s famous Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies (be sure to check out the recipe here!) and the rest of the cookies were simple store purchases or brought by friends.

These adorable Stag Stir Sticks were too cute to pass up (my last name is Stagg– how perfect is that??). I used them to hold stacks of donuts in place. They were so great for our winter themed blessing celebration.

Pre-fill these darling glass milk bottles with milk, then add pink chevron paper straws for easy sipping. The milk glasses were such a hit, a few guests asked if they could take theirs home!

The Cookies & Milk Bar was such a great way to feed the masses and make a memorable celebration at the same time.
