Use a paper trimmer or scissors to cut a 3.5" x 4" rectangle out of card stock or heavyweight paper. You will need one rectangle for each bag that you're making.

Tuck one rectangle inside each DIY Mini White Linen Drawstring Treat Bag. This paper will protect the paint from bleeding through to the back side of the bag, so be sure that it fits well enough inside the bag to protect the entire area you'll be painting.

Next, prepare your work surface for painting. Squeeze small amounts of Tropical Assorted Colors Acrylic Paints onto a disposable plate. To soften the boldness of the pink and blue paint, I mixed in a small bit of White Acrylic Paint. One color at a time, dip the end of a hot glue stick into each color, dab a few times on a bare spot of the plate to remove excess paint, then press onto the bag to make confetti dots. Continue with the remaining colors then set aside to dry.

While the bags are drying, cut an 8-inch length of Baker's Twine and tie a knot in one end. Thread the opposite end through a needle. Thread five beads onto the twine, then tie a knot to secure them in place.

Twist the hook portion off of a pair of Fiesta Tassel Earrings. Open the hook using needle nose pliers. Remove the hook and discard.

Thread the twine through the ring on the tassel and slide down to meet the beads. Tie the twine into a knot to secure the tassel in place.

Thread a free Printable Thank You Tag onto the twine. Tie the tassel, bead and tag onto the string of the bag.

Fill the bags with goodies then display in your party space until you're ready to give them to your guests!
