Apply wood glue to the back of the cut board and place it down on both boards. Reinforce and secure the pieces together by using a staple gun and heavy-duty staples.

Paint the large DIY Unfinished Crate with Lid the same color that you painted the narrow boards. Set it aside and let it dry completely.

Use a small screw to attach the 4" hose clamp to the painted narrow boards. I added 3 to my boards, you will need to space them out properly so that you have plenty of space for your herbs to grow.

Now it's time to screw the narrow board into the large crate to create your vertical garden. Use 4 screws to securely attach the board to the inside of the painted crate.

Paint 3 DIY Ceramic Flower Pots with colorful acrylic paint.

Repot fresh herbs in your colorful painted pots.

Add the colorful painted pots with the herbs to each clamp on the board. Insert a painted Large Natural Wood Craft Stick and write the name of the herb on each one and place it inside the pots.

Place your new colorful vertical herb garden outside and watch your new herbs grow!
