Start by cutting approximately 22, 12″ pieces of tulle. I used a variety of pastel Easter colors. Fold one of the pieces in half.

Take the top folded portion and insert it into one of the spaces of the inside of your pastel Easter basket. I chose to start at the top row of the basket right below the rim.

Spread the tulle apart with your fingers. Grab the opposite end and fold it down and through the space you created with your two fingers.

Pull the tulle tight until you have your first knot. Repeat with the remaining pieces of tulle, alternating the colors as you go. Trim the tulle to the desired length.

Add the multi-colored Easter grass. You can also use the traditional green Easter grass.
