To create the chocolates, cut 8 – DIY Medium Foam Balls in half.

Using acrylic paint and a flat-bristled paintbrush, paint half of the foam balls brown and the other half a darker brown. To create the dark brown color, simply add a few drops of black acrylic paint to the brown and mix. Make the painting of the foam balls easier by poking a toothpick into the base of the foam ball to use as a handle.

Once the paint is fully dry, use a white paint pen to apply 'frosting' designs to the top of each of the chocolates. While the 'frosting' is still wet sprinkle on some iridescent glitter and allow time for the paint to dry.

Once the 'frosting' is fully dry, shake off the excess glitter. Turn a cupcake wrapper inside out (or use a plain colored one) and glue the chocolate into the wrapper.

Use hot glue to adhere Glitter Valentine Foam Hearts to some of the chocolates.

Lay an 18" wreath form over a folded Large Pail Liner. With a pencil, mark out a light line about 1-1.5" away from the wreath middle and cut out.

Use hot glue the adhere the wreath form to the Large Pail Liner.

Adhere pink or red paper party streamers around the outer and inner wreath adding pleats to give it some dimension.
