Begin by adding a coat of pink spray paint to two Medium Galvanized Pots and allow to dry.

While the painted Pots are drying, you can begin making the yarn balls! Take a Mini Styrofoam Ball and start wrapping it in your first chosen Yarn color. Make sure to keep the Yarn taut and wrap the Ball in various directions giving it that true yarn ball look. Once the Styrofoam Ball is completely covered, cut the yarn and add a drop of Hot Glue to secure. Repeat this step five more times in varying Yarn colors.

Pierce each yarn ball with a wooden skewer and set aside.

Now that the Pots are dry, you can start turning them into cute kitty cats! Take the Fine Point Black Sharpie and draw a simple cat face. We started by drawing a small heart-shaped nose, whiskers, mouth and eyes.

Next, we cut two triangle ears from the Fadeless Pink Paper Roll and cut two smaller black triangles using black cardstock from the Color Spectrum Paper Pack. Using a Glue Stick, glue the black triangle to the pink triangles and then Hot Glue them to the interior of the Galvanized Pot rim.

Fill each decorated pot with Large Shimmer Light Blue Gumballs and then place three different colored yarn ball skewers into the candy. You now have two cute-as-can-be pieces of kitty cat decor for your Purr-Fect Cat Birthday Party!
