Roll out a piece of Black and White Polka Dot Paper so it runs from the top to the bottom of your wall. Adhere with tape or Glue Dots.

Use a Swizzle Hula Hoop as a stencil and trace the circle shape onto a piece of the Pink Paper Roll and then cut it out.

Trace and cut two triangle shapes onto another piece of Pink Paper Roll and two smaller triangles on a piece of Black Cardstock. Glue the black triangle onto the pink triangle to make two cute cat ears.

Glue the ears to the top, backside of the large pink circle.

Add a coat of black spray paint to a Pink Heart Napkin and allow to dry.

Once dry, add a few pieces of Double Sided Foam Tape to the back of the painted Napkin and adhere it to the center of the pink circle to look like the kitty cat's nose.

Hot Glue three Black Chenille Stems coming out of either side of the Napkin to mimic the cat's whiskers.

Cut a Black Chenille Stem in half and then form the two pieces into a wide "U" shape and Hot Glue them where the kitty's eyes would go. Take two more Black Chenille Stems and shape them into candy canes. Place them side by side and Hot Glue them to form the cat's mouth.

Add pieces of the Double Sided Foam Tape to the back of your newly made cat face and stick it onto the hanging Black and White Polka Dot Paper. Hang a Light Blue Tassel Garland above the kitty cat's face and your DIY Cat Backdrop is complete!
