Open a cactus luncheon napkin in half and cut down the fold. Repeat with additional napkins. You will use a little over one package of napkins for this craft.

Take one of the napkin squares and pinch it in the middle. Insert the napkin into a 24" grapevine wreath by sticking it between the vines. You can add a drop of hot glue on the base of the napkin before you insert it if you want. You can also use the eraser end of a pencil to help push the napkin in.

Continue adding napkins until you are 3/4 the way around the wreath. Leave enough space open for the unfinished wood cactus shape to fit.

Paint the cactus with light green craft paint and a foam brush. You can add definition to the cactus by using a dark green paint and a thin brush to paint the crevices. Next paint the galvanized metal "hello" cutout with blue craft paint. Let dry.

Add the cactus cutout and the "hello" sign to the wreath with a generous amount of hot glue on the back.

Hang your wreath and enjoy for the perfect DIY summer decor!
