Fill the bottom of the bird cage with a layer of moss.

Add feather butterflies to a couple small branches by clipping the butterflies from their wire stem with scissors and adhering them to the branches with a dab of hot glue on the back of the butterfly.

Open the top of the bird cage to position the branches. You can support them by leaning them against the side of the cage, or add a dab of hot glue to the base of the branches to help hold them in place if needed.

Finish by adding a few more butterflies to the outside of the cage with a small dab of hot glue.
