Start with 2 grid wall panels secured with zip ties to create a boxwood greenery wall.
Attach the panels of boxwood to the grid wall using green floral wire. The boxwood panels are square and can also be attached to each other using floral wire to create a large seamless backdrop wall. Where a panel is too large it can easily be cut to fit.
Note: If you do not have access to grid wall, attach boxwood panels directly to the wall using removable adhesive or command hooks.

Next, create the marble hexagon panels by covering each DIY Unfinished Wood Hexagon Plank Sign with Marble Print Contact Paper Roll. Turn the hexagon upside down on the paper and cut around the shape, leaving excess trim to fold over the edges. Then remove the backing paper and smooth over the front of the panel.

I used 5x7 clear border less photo frames as a cost-effective option to get the acrylic look.
I used my Cricut to cut table numbers and guest names in adhesive gold foil to adhere to the acrylic.
Note: If you do not have a Cricut you can use gold adhesive stickers, Rub-On Monogram Stickers, or metallic sharpie® markers to hand write (or have a calligrapher hand write) the seating assignments.
Once finished, apply adhesive strips to the back of the acrylic frames. Then press onto the center of the marble hexagon shape.

Once, the hexagons with seating assignments are complete, hang them onto the boxwood backdrop using "S" hooks. Note: The hexagon planks come with string to hang them with.
If you do not have grid wall bars to hang the "S" hooks from use command hooks behind the boxwood panels.
