Turn over the paper, and scribble heavily all over the back with a lead pencil. Make sure you completely cover the opposite side of the printed design.

After you’ve sufficiently covered the reverse of your sign with lead scribbles, turn the paper over and center the design on your kraft paper.
Using the same pencil (or any item with a pointy tip) trace over the printed design. Press down hard as you trace the design. As you do this, the scribbles you made on the back will transfer onto your kraft paper! It’s like magic.
If you’re worried about the paper / design moving, place tape at one side of the design before you start tracing so you don’t get off track.

After you’ve completely traced the design, you’ll have a fully transferred design on your kraft paper! From here, you’ll be able to color in and outline your design with Sharpies or Chalk Markers.
Put some newspaper underneath your kraft paper, as it is fairly thin. Your sharpie or Chalk Markers could bleed through it, so be sure to protect your work surface.

Use your red sharpie to color in the banner design. You’ll still be able to see your pencil marks through the design, so you can go back and letter the rest of the design with your chalk markers. Make sure to shake your chalk markers vigorously before you start writing. You can use the bottom of your kraft paper as “scratch” paper when you need to make the marker flow.

Use your black marker to fill in your lettering and outline the banner design. Then use your white marker to letter the word “BLOODY” in your banner. You literally just have to trace! It couldn’t be simpler!

Once your design is finished, use a ruler to measure a mid point and cut out a triangle shape to make a pennant type banner. Then you can cut your kraft paper off the roll so you can hang the sign at your desired height! That’s all there is to it! I told you it was simple!
