The paper bags were a bit long so I trimmed off about 1 ½-2″ from the bottom.
Cut a rectangle 9 ½ x 7″ for the bat’s body from the black construction paper. Cut another rectangle 6 ¾ x 4 ½ ” from the black construction paper for the face.
Using a glue stick, glue both the body and the face of the bat on.
Cut two small triangles for the bat’s ears and glue to the top of the bag on the backside.
Cut out the wing template and trace twice on black construction paper. Cut out both wings and glue to the both sides of the body. Hot glue two googly eyes to the bat’s face. Download the Free Bat Template Printable here!
Cut two medium triangles from white felt for the bat’s fangs and hot glue on the inside of the flap.
