Take a Red Paper Heart Cutout and glue it upside down onto the top of your Playing Card Cutout as shown with hot glue.
Cut a 3 1/2" tall heart out of White Construction Paper and glue it upright onto the front middle of the red heart as shown.
Cut a 2" tall heart along with a 1" tall heart out of Red Construction Paper and glue onto the front of the white heart to create a face as shown.
Glue a large red heart to the top of your wooden dowel.
Cut two 3 1/2" x 15" strips of paper out of White Construction Paper. Take one of the strips and fold around the middle of the dowel and glue with hot glue.
To create arms, glue the other end of the white paper strip to the front left side of the playing card. Glue the additional paper strip onto the right side of the playing card at the same level as the left one.
