Duct tape three large plastic trash cans together as shown.

Use a permanent marker to draw a circle on the top trash can.

Create rocket fins out of foam core and use spray adhesive to cover the foam core in colored paper.

Adhere the fins to the rocket using duct tape.

Create a giant paper cone out of poster board and place it on top of the rocket.
