Trace the paper cone template onto the back of your patterned paper. Once you have traced the template, use your scissors to cut out the cone.

Roll the trimmed paper into a cone shape, leaving a small opening at the bottom of the cone for your lollipop stick. Insert the lollipop stick into the bottom of the cone and secure with tape. Use a dab of glue along the outer edge to make it lie flat. Tie a ribbon around the bottom of the cone to hide any tape that may be showing.

Now that you have lots of festive party cones, you will need a way to display them. To make a simple display for your party cones, take the foam block and cover it with wrapping paper. Wrap it just like you would a present.

Use the sharp end of a bamboo skewer to poke holes into the foam block.

Insert your popcorn treat cones for a fun and festive display. Now guests can easily grab a treat and go, so they can get back to enjoying the party and the fireworks show.
