Frozen Party Table
A castle backdrop in pretty purples and blues set the tone for our cool winter themed party.
Large and medium paper snowflakes were hung in layers behind a Winter Princess Castle Cardbard Stand-Up. Glittered snowflakes sparkled in the sun and were a pretty addition to the Frozen-themed party backdrop.
The shimmering white branches on both sides of the table came from our Sparkling Tree Centerpieces.
Gorgeous Crystal Drops and snowflake ornaments hung from the branches at different heights and created a lovely effect over the table. Learn how to make your own Snowy Centerpieces here!
Cotton stuffing and soft snowballs gave the effect of snow piled across the table with snowballs just waiting to be thrown!
Princess cups matched the backdrop perfectly and were filled with "snow flurry" popcorn.
Blue serving plates on either side held Jell-O "ice blocks" and edible snow drop meringues. Icicle stick rock candies looked like long icicles that were formed after a long, cold winter.
Frozen Place Settings
Each party place setting consisted of so many cute coordinating products!
Princess dinner plates, castle dessert plates, and snowflake and princess crown napkins have the same cool blues and purples as the castle backdrop.
Mini white favor pails were filled with a block of styrofoam and topped with cotton stuffing "snow" to hold up a snowflake wand for each little ice princess at the party. Every princess needs a crown, so a sparkly princess crown sat at each setting.
Sparkly silver castle boxes were there too, and added to the royal feel of the party. One of the most fun parts of our winter princess birthday party was the snow that was scattered down the middle of the table and around each place setting. Although the snow looked and felt cool, it was actually a product that you bring to life by adding water! So even in our hot Southern California sun, the snow didn't melt after being outside for hours!
Arranged down the middle of the table were also some beautiful iridescent stars and fan decorations.
Frozen Party Activities
No party is complete without fun activities! We had party guests participate in a winter themed party game and a party activity.
With just a few supplies party guests each made a Snowflake Salt Painting to take home. The salt dried to look just like snow on the canvas!
Our DIY Snowball Toss game is a lot of fun to play with two different teams. The snowballs we used were super soft balls that are safe for everyone to play with.
I hope you enjoyed our Frozen-inspired winter birthday party and are inspired to create your own party to celebrate a winter birthday!
