Less is more statement decor
Decorations for a smaller gathering can be beautiful without being over the top, and creating a stunning statement piece doesn't have to be a complicated task. To craft the beautiful hoop wreath, I simply removed the buds from the Faux Pink Peony Stems and the Pomander Rose Balls and attached them to a hula-hoop using hot glue. I layered in bits of Faux Baby's Breath and Faux Floral Greenery for added depth and texture. The love script balloon was then tied to the hoop using fishing line. The wreath provided the perfect focal point and I love the ethereal feel it gave to the shower.
Setting the table
Who needs chairs when you can lounge on comfy fluffy white pillows? Coupled with a low table, the pillows lend a decidedly boho chic feel to this watercolor rainbow bridal shower and provide the perfect juxtaposition when paired with the dressiness of the sequin tablecloth.
Don't be afraid to mix metals when decorating. Combining shades of gold such as the metallic string placemats, the Gold Glass Votive Holders and the rose gold sequin tablecloth adds texture and visual interest without being too fussy.
Beautiful peonies and greenery graced the table inside a terrarium filled with irridescent sequins. picked up the peachy pink tones in the gorgeous Watercolor Rainbow Dinner Plates.
Personalized Place Settings
Each setting was personalized with a diamond shaped box filled with sequins and Pink Diamond Table Tossers.
The Watercolor Rainbow Dinner Plate sitting atop the gold-rimmed dinner plate softens the overall look of the table.
Combining the plastic gold trim plastic cups with vintage blush pink stemware will fool even those with the most discerning eye into believing they're not glass. Rose gold flatware looks elegant when tied with gold glitter ribbon and paired with the Geo Sprinkle Dinner Napkins.
Sips with Style
A bar cart was softened with the addition of a Rose Gold Sequin Table Runner and a neutral tassel garland. I added a few pink and yellow tassels to better coordinate with the theme.
Bottles of rosé wine received a healthy dose of gold glitter and were dressed up with watercolor tags, which read "Sip Sip Rosé". Download the Free Sip Sip Rosé Printables here! I can't think of a more perfect motto for an afternoon toasting your closest gals. The tags were attached using sheer pink ribbon.
The clear champagne flutes looked right at home next to the bottles of rosé thanks to a bit of gold glitter that was added to the footed portion. An array of sweet fruits and gummy candies are the perfect accouterments to the tartness of the rosé. Further satisfy your guest's sweet tooth with a yummy Whipped Cherry Fluff Trifle.
