Greenery and flowers go hand in hand with weddings; they represent the newness and beauty of a couple beginning a life together as one. This vintage inspired botanical tablescape brings in all that gorgeous, lush greenery of the outdoors into the wedding of your dreams. By adding details such as terrariums, ivy garlands and vintage botanical prints, you will see how lovely and inexpensive it is to recreate this for yourself.
By putting together a beautiful table setting, you show your guests how much you hold dear the occasion and value their company on your special day. You can create a tablescape that is inexpensive, beautiful and will build lasting memories long after the wedding is over. Use the center of the table to showcase glass globe terrariums with succulents placed inside. I love the contrast of the copper cutlery against the wood pattern wedding chargers. They give off a little of that shabby chic vibe that's so popular in weddings. The ivory taper candles lent a soft glow to the table and added a bit of height to the overall tablescape. They looked so beautiful next to the terrariums filled with succulents. Invited by Audriana designed this gorgeous vintage inspired menu for the table. The soft petals from the rose and the beautiful greenery were the perfect companion to the lovely wooden wedding chargers. I like simple white plates for the table and these white ribbed plates fit the bill beautifully. Help your guests find their seats with these unique button bottle place settings. You can find the tutorial on how to make these HERE. Creating the greenery swag was simple and you only need a few items to put it together. For the swag, I used four ivy garlands and draped them over the doorway. I like the look of having one side a little longer and heavier than the other so I added all of the wisteria to one side and left the other side with only ivy. I then cut a few pieces of white ribbon and draped them over the ivy garland. It's simple and easy yet it makes a big impact.
