Let's taco bout love and celebrate Valentine's Day with a pink and red fiesta! Whether you are planning a low-key date night at home or a Galentine party with girlfriends this Valentine's Day, a fiesta is the perfect way to celebrate Valentine's Day. Why wait for taco Tuesday when you can celebrate your love for tacos with a fun and festive party ideal for Valentine's Day?
It's no secret that I love a good, colorful fiesta, but you don't have to wait for Cinco de Mayo to celebrate with a fiesta themed party. Celebrate your love of tacos with a pink and red Valentine's Day Fiesta!
Over the years I've hosted everything from a Chicks and Churros Fiesta to a Christmas themed Feliz Navidad Fiesta, so this year it was only fitting that I planned a Valentine Fiesta! A pink and red party all about tacos? Yes, please!

I created a focal point for the party by stringing the Valentine Fiesta Cutout Garland across the wall. Next, I added the Gold Fiesta Taco Bout Love Mylar Balloon Banner. I love these balloon banners because they add dimension and a pop of whimsy to any celebration.

Next, I used the Valentine Tissue Paper Door Border to create a flowered focal point that arches over the dessert table. I also used another one to frame the front door to welcome guests to our love-themed fiesta.

While our fiesta is all about tacos, you also need to incorporate some sweet treats into the mix. I kept things simple with a trés leches cake topped with fresh strawberries, pink and white cookies and of course some heart-shaped sugar cookies.

Keeping with the taco theme I added a free printable "All you Need is Love and Tacos" sign. I love using clear acrylic signs as a frame for my printable signs. Simply cut out the printable and use glue dots to attach it to the sign. These punny printables add a touch of whimsy to this love-themed fiesta! Be sure to download all of the printable Valentine Fiesta Signs here.

The rest of the decorations for this celebration were fairly simple. A few fiesta inspired DIY cactci added just the right amount of color to this pink and red party. I simply painted the DIY 3D Cactus with green paint. I then carefully took apart a few of the Small Valentine Fringe Gift Bags to create a layered fringe base around each cactus.

I repurposed stuffed llamas from our Feliz Navidad Fiesta and gave them a valentine makeover with a pink and red fringe mat and flowers.

Finally, the front of the table tied everything together with a Valentine Fiesta Cutout Garland and Taco Garland.

Tacos, nachos, and guacamole oh my! Skip the chocolate covered strawberries and give everyone what they really want, TACOS! This Valentine's Day Fiesta featured a sweet and festive table setting where guests can sit down and enjoy all of their favorite Mexican foods while chatting and celebrating awesome friendships and love.

I love the heart-shaped Valentine Fiesta Paper Dessert Plates, and they look fantastic layered on the Gold Scalloped Dinner Plates. Guests can keep track of their drinks as they mix and mingle with these DIY Fiesta Tassel Drink Charms.

I repurposed the DIY Fringe Napkin Ring Holders from our Friendsgiving Fiesta and they look great paired with the Valentine Fiesta Luncheon Napkins. I love that I can reuse things from other fiesta themed parties to keep the celebration going all year long!
Since the plates and napkins were so colorful and busy I decided to keep the centerpiece very simple. I made a Taco Bout Love Floral Centerpiece using the DIY Flower Box and fresh flowers.

You can't send your guests home empty-handed so be sure to give them something to remember the party. Fill a Valentine Fringe Gift Bag with cactus and taco themed goodies or make homemade salsa and tie on a "Love is the Spice of Life" printable tag.

No matter who you plan to celebrate Valentine's Day with make it extraordinary and celebrate with tacos, guac and lots of love!
