We love you a whole brunch! Welcome to Cupid's Diner! This Valentine's Day Family Brunch party is a waffle lot of fun! Full of red gingham, lots of hearts, a plateful of puns and retro diner inspired DIYs, this party will have your customers going donuts over the newest diner in town. I also designed a full pack of over 11 different FREE printable designs for this party that you can download, print, and use to put this party together in no time. Now that's egg-cellent!

We're open! Come on in and have a seat! Cupid's Diner is a unique and whimsical theme for a Valentine's Day celebration. I love how this theme lends itself to such a family-friendly party. There's something for everyone, including piping hot coffee, stacks of strawberry waffles, donuts and a full cereal bar.

Forget the back of the kid's menu to keep the little ones busy! Cupid's Diner is stocked full of food-inspired toys like Valentine Toast Scented Squishies, Valentine's Day Plush Donuts, and Slime-Filled Egg Yolk Plastic Easter Eggs. These are all perfect for imaginative play!

When I was first envisioning this party, I knew I wanted it to feel very retro, bright and inviting. I first started by designing the signage and main "logo" for Cupid's Diner. This gave me a good sense of the overall look and feel for the whole party. Next, I created the food illustrations of the personified waffle, bacon, egg, cereal bowl and donuts. Then, I created all of the other printables for this fun celebration!

You can't have a diner without a waitstaff and servers. Our Cupid's Diner waiters were outfitted in red aprons and paper diner hats. To customize the hats, I simply glued a printable Cupid's Diner graphic on top of the Donut Sprinkles Hats.

Every waiter also needs guest checks to record orders. I designed 6 different punny Valentine guest checks that doubled as fun food signs, too.

For a unique and themed centerpiece, I also created a Diner Order Stand to hold all of the guest checks. You can get the step-by-step tutorial for the Diner Order Stand here.

To create the diner-inspired table, I started by cutting a piece from the Red Gingham Plastic Tablecloth Roll in half to create a table runner. I placed the runner in the center of the table then layered a Cupid's Diner printable placemat under each Clear Octagon Plastic Dinner Plate. Next, I added a Red Gingham Luncheon Napkin, Red Premium Plastic Spoons, Red Premium Plastic Forks, and Red Premium Plastic Knives to each place setting. Coffee was served in Deluxe White Coffee Cups. To complete the look of the table, I also added a Clear Drink Pitcher for water and a Rectangle Wire Basket that worked perfectly as a bread basket for our Valentine Toast Scented Squishies.

The menu at Cupid's Diner was displayed on a Diner Menu Board. Be sure to check out the full step-by-step tutorial for this cute and functional Diner Menu Board here. Based on customer reviews, some of our most popular menu items at Cupid's Diner were the "Don't go bacon my heart" Sizzlin' Lollipops and "I'm donuts about you" Donut Wall. Of course, we can't forget the "I like you a waffle lot" strawberry waffles!

No one leaves Cupid's Diner empty handed! Every customer has to grab a "Goodies To-Go" Red Favor Box and fill it up with their favorite foods and toys before hitting the road!
