There's more than one way to make a turkey! In fact, we have 6 creative turkey crafts to keep kids busy this Thanksgiving. From craft rolls, to paper plates, to plastic jars, the options are endless! These cute turkey crafts are simple enough for kids to work on while the grown-ups are preparing the Thanksgiving meal. Just set out the supplies and let them get creative with paint, feathers, and googly eyes.

A craft roll is the perfect base for a turkey. Keep the natural color or paint it with brown acrylic craft paint. Twist chenille stems together at the ends to create feathers. Twist three feathers together and add to the back of the craft roll with hot glue (have an adult do this part). Finish the turkey by adding googly eyes, a beak and wattle cut from construction paper.

These wood turkey stand-ups are a great blank canvas for kids to get creative! They come in a pack of 12 so there will be plenty for everyone. Paint them with craft paint, add colorful feathers and buttons with craft glue, and finish with a googly eye and a wattle made from a red chenille stem. Or set out a variety of supplies and encourage kids to make their one-of-a-kind version!

Kids can make this cute turkey wreath to hang on the front door! Start by cutting the center out of a paper plate and painting the remainder brown. Create a turkey face from construction paper and googly eyes and glue to the base of the wreath. Squeeze craft glue around the base of the wreath and press a variety of small tissue paper squares into the glue to create a rainbow of "turkey feathers" around the wreath.
