Adding Christmas elements into a traditional wedding is simple. You may simply start by having a Christmas tree; but, instead of decorating the Christmas tree in the traditional way, you might add elements that are related to your wedding color palette and wedding theme. To add festive touch, you can add banners or wrap a string of lighting.

For the ceremony, our backdrop structure was hung with sheer voile curtains in white, then draped with sumptuous wine red draping fabric. The crimson shade is stunning and opulent looking. There's plenty of length to the drape, so that you can create swooping designs across archways, aisles, or anywhere you want to add a dash of luxe color and texture. The rich red color is perfect for a Christmas wedding.

Atop the draping fabric, a pine garland was added and shaped by hand, then intertwined with a Poinsettia Garland, boasting large red blooms that are representative of the holiday season. These poinsettias have a beautiful, velvety red finish. Festive red and white striped ribbon and green satin ribbon are also woven into the Christmas floral swag, adding a bit of whimsy and charm. Of course, our happy couple simply must have their first kiss as husband and wife below the traditional Christmas mistletoe, glistening with shimmering glitter and white berries.
