Party till you puke! This totally awesome party is filled with so many gross things your kids will love. Rules are thrown out the window and things that are normally discouraged in polite society are allowed for an overdose of complete and utter gross fun! Slime, trash, potty-humor, gags and games that are toilet and poop related are all encouraged. You won't know whether to laugh or be worried! The best thing is you won't have to dig around in any garbage cans to get these gross party decorations. I've got you covered, from rotten food, to fake flies and barf bags!
Set the Scene
Use bugs to create a super gross table runner. Place a stream of Realistic Bugs down the middle of the table to get guests giggling.
In the middle of the table add a bowl of Realistic Earthworms wiggling to get in on the fun. If your children have toy props from Flush Force®, like this toilet (or another gross toy range) use these to hold the worms.
Add an open Garbage Can Toy-Filled Easter Egg in front of each place setting with more bugs pouring out to join the bugs on the move.
Start the festivities with a prank ALL kids love! Add a Gross Slime Whoopie Cushion to every seat so each guest will be met with a surprise.
There will be lots of hilarity and laughter as kids take their seat for the party food.
Serving Up A Pile of Garbage
Even though you won't really be serving up garbage, get kids into the spirit with a fun Gross Slime Paper Dinner Plate. Cut up an old newspaper to create place mats at each setting, then add a Gross Slime Luncheon Napkin, Black Premium Plastic Fork and Black Premium Plastic Spoon. Don't forget to serve up an equally gross beverage. Serve your drink in a Gross Slime Plastic Cup with Lid & Straw.
Melt green chocolate and pour it over piping hot popcorn for a party treat that looks simply rotten. Serve popcorn in a Gross Slime Treat Box; a garbage truck with a very apt number plate.
Happy Barfday Dessert Table
The kids will 'ewwww' over this totally gross dessert table. Hang a Design-A-Room Brick Wall Backdrop to create a "back alley" full of trash cans and garbage.
Next, hang the Gross Slime Birthday Garland and attach the ready-made Jumbo Gross Slime Cutouts to the wall using Removable Glue Dots.
On the tabletop it's "all slime all the time." Lay old newspapers as a table runner and use a Gross Slime Drip Garland to decorate the front of the table.
Make dirt desserts in Gross Slime Paper Cups using brownies, chocolate pudding and Oreos®. Top these with Spring Wriggly Worms Gummy Candy and Realistic Earthworm Gummy Candy and serve them up in a foil baking dish fresh from the oven.
Give your dessert table some additional height with DIY Unfinished Wood Mini Crates and be sure to add some pieces from the Gross Slime Drip Garland here as well.
Provide Gross Slime Paper Dessert Plates and Gross Slime Beverage Napkins for the dirt desserts and the cake.
To get that authentic trash can alley look, add DIY Rotten Tin Cans to the table. Find out how to make your own ooze and worm filled tin cans HERE.
Nothing short of poop cake will do for a gross trash bash. Place your cake stand on top of an old wheelbarrow tire for a real junkyard look. Decorate the cake with crumbled Oreos, chocolate sprinkles and Realistic Earthworm Gummy Candy before adding a Poo Splat Ball as a totally gross cake topper. Add cling film or bakers paper under the splat ball to ensure food safety. To complete the look add a garbage can lid on a riser such as the Clear Treat Stand with Holes behind the cake.
If your child has a garbage truck or gross themed props add these to the table along with the a Gross Slime Centerpiece.
The Grimey Game Zone
Keeping the kids busy won't be a problem with these fun activities. In fact, in our household the parents took over playing the games! Set the scene with Corrugated Print Wall Panels and Green Vinyl Twist. Then, download the FREE Grime Zone Letters and stick the letters onto the corrugated wall with Removable Glue Dots Value Pack..
First, inflate the toilet and set-up the Inflatable Ker-Ploopy Poop Game with the included poo splat balls.
Next, set up the Gross Slime Can Bean Bag Toss Game, complete with cockroach bean bags!
The Barf Party Favor Bar
Have the kids pick and choose their own barf-tastic favors. Set up a Barf Bar full of gross favors to choose from. Use Corrugated Print Wall Panels and Jumbo Gross Slime Cutouts as a backdrop and the Gross Slime Plastic Tablecloth over the table.
Download the free printable for the Barf Bar in addition to the full DIY for creating Barf Bags they can "fill to the brim". See how to make your own Barf Bag Favors HERE.
Kids can fill their barf bags with favors, re-hydrate and freshen their breath. Use old wheelbarrow tires as risers to give the junkyard look to this table too. Include Poo Splat Balls and a DIY Rotten Tin Can full of Smashed Bugs Bookmarks for the kids to add to their bags.
Use a Glass Jar Set to display Realistic Earthworms and Eyeball Sticky Splat Balls for kids to also add to their Barf Bags.
Finally, add Gross Out Slime Goo and Barf Slime Bags to a DIY Toilet Bowl Favor Display. Get all the steps to make this Toilet Bowl Favor Display HERE.
The kids will have to dip their hands into the toilet bowl to grab these gross favors. They will be spoiled for choice, with everything from sewer sludge, alien earwax to zombie vomit. Ha ha!
Collect The Trash
As the party comes to a close get the kids to help with collecting the trash. The best bit is that it totally fits with the decor and theme! They will all want turns using a garbage picker tool to clean up the post-party mess.
