Each area at the party was marked with jumbo Easter eggs. Printable Party Signs were glued onto egg signs so guests could easily see where the crafts, games, photo booth, and Easter egg hunt were.
Easter Table
Party guests were greeted with a lovely spring table setup, perfect for Easter.
Two green grass table runners added such a pretty, natural feel when placed over a white fabric tablecloth. I made two simple cake plates by hot gluing a small and a large vintage trim plate to two white candlesticks.
On the taller stand I stacked mini powder donuts and on the other I stacked lemon and strawberry wafer cookies for guests to snack on. These cake plates were a great way to add height to the center of the table.
White peonies in blush vases were a lovely addition to the table and looked so real! I love that these can be used over and over again for about the same cost as buying real flowers that would have been thrown away.
Each place setting consisted of a scalloped gold-rimmed dinner plate with a scalloped gold-rimmed dessert plate stacked on top. Light pink napkins were folded diagonally into a triangle and topped with a beautiful paper butterfly that I removed from a butterfly garland. Gold utensils matched the gold rims on the plates.
Chipwood baskets sat at each place setting and were adorned with a flower that I removed from the Blush Flower Bouquet and hot glued to the front. Each basket was filled with white craft eggs and placed next to an adorable ceramic bunny holding a basket that was filled with mini speckled foam Easter eggs.
A clear plastic pedestal candy container was filled with tasty Jelly Belly jelly beans and set next to a glass milk bottle with a pink chevron straw inside at each place setting.
Everyone loved the pretty table and was excited about the sweet treats waiting for them too!
Easter Snack and Drink Station
Snacks and drinks are a must at any party. I covered our food table with a pastel polka dot tablecloth. Because we had lots of candy-filled eggs for the kids, I wanted to make sure there were some healthy snacks available for the kids.
Two clear trays were lined with a piece of green gingham plastic tablecover and loaded them with healthy baby carrots, celery sticks, red, green, and yellow apples, mandarin oranges, and green grapes.
A ceramic white bunny was centered on each tray looking over the treats and a clear scoop was nearby to help gather the tasty snacks.
At the center of the table on a yellow cake stand was a cute Easter Bunny carrot treat stand with paper carrot cones that were filled with green Hershey's Kisses. A matching white cake stand stood on either side of the bunny stand. The left one held three glass apothecary jars filled with Jelly Belly jelly beans, pastel marshmallows, and chocolate Easter candy.
Pink lemonade stood waiting for thirsty guests in a glass beverage dispenser on the other white cake stand with pink and gold cups nearby. Lovely pink peony flowers looked so pretty for spring in two white vases. A galvanized pail was filled with pastel Easter eggs to decorate the table even more for Easter. Plastic water bottles were at the base of the table in large galvanized ice buckets for those who wanted water instead of lemonade.
Easter Crafts for Kids
When everyone arrived, the kids went straight to the three craft tables I had set up for them. There were six different crafts that the kids could do and I chose a variety of them that would work for kids of all ages. I covered the tables with disposable polka dot table covers so that when we were all finished I could just throw it all away.
All of the different crafts were listed on a chalkboard sign for the kids and adults to read. A pink peony garland adorned the sign and looked so pretty!
Girls of all ages made little Easter bracelets from an Easter egg bracelet craft kit that were simple to put together. Older girls loved the Easter charm bracelet kits with cute metal charms on them.
Kids love playing with colored sand, and the Easter egg sand art necklaces were a big hit!
Small funnels helped the kids layer different colors of pastel craft sand to create unique necklaces shaped like Easter eggs.
Bunny wreaths were so simple for the kids to put together because all of the pieces were peel and stick.
A galvanized pail filled with craft Easter eggs were just waiting to be decorated with colored Sharpie markers and googly eyed Easter stickers.
Sweet bunny and chick wind chimes were colored with Sharpies too. The kids were so proud of all their creations!
One of the craft tables held adorable bunny bags with Name Tag Free Printables glued onto the front for the kids to write their names on with a Sharpie.
The bags were the perfect size for the kids to hold their crafts so they didn't get lost during the event.
Wood crates were filled with pink and blue Easter bunny ears that the kids were excited to wear.
Easter Games for Kids
It just wouldn't be a party without games, and we had a variety of them waiting for the eager children. I decorated another chalkboard sign with a white peony garland with all of the available games written on it.
One of the most popular games was the Easter Bunny Ball Launchers. I filled a pail with the bunnies and all the pink balls that came with them and let the kids go for it. They just had to squeeze the bunny for the ball to pop out and go flying through the air. Even the adults had fun with these and the kids were so happy to take these home with them.
Another big hit was the Easter Punch Game. Kids used their fist to punch through tissue paper and reach in to grab a prize from the Spring Assortment.
The Balancing Egg Relay Game was hilarious. Kids strapped inflatable round tubes to their heads and raced around the grass trying to keep inflated Easter eggs on their heads.
Kids loved throwing rings on the wooden Bunny Ring Toss Game.
Easter Bunny Photo Booth
A big highlight of the party was our gorgeous DIY Easter Bunny Photo Booth. It looked so beautiful and perfect for spring with a boxwood backdrop, lots of white, pink, and pastel paper flowers, stunning butterflies, a eucalyptus garland, and more. We brought a wood bench for the kids to sit next to the Easter Bunny on. This worked well for families too since all the siblings could fit in a photo with the Easter Bunny together.
We invited the Easter Bunny to hop in from the trees to welcome our guests and take pictures with them.
The kids were thrilled and lined up to take their photo with the Easter Bunny. An incredible Easter Bunny Costume is a must have for an epic Easter egg hunt!

After taking the photos, the Easter Bunny handed out Easter plushes. Kids chose from chubby bunnies and ducks, stuffed Easter animals with flower crowns, leaping Easter bunnies, honeycomb Easter bunnies, and bunnies with flowers and carrots.
I added a Free Printable Labels around each of the animals' necks and hot glued it to white ribbon.
Kids also got a popcorn ball from the Easter Bunny. Large wood stumps with galvanized pails. Blush flowers, pink peonies, and white peonies were all placed in the metal pails for added color.
Large Easter Egg Hunt
We saved the best for last, and our huge Easter Egg Hunt did not disappoint! The key to a successful large scale Easter Egg Hunt was having plenty of eggs in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors with toys and candy inside.
Giant Easter egg signs and an Easter egg hunt sign marked the Easter egg hunt zone so the kids would know where to search (and which area to avoid before the hunt started). This worked really well! We hid all of the toy-filled Easter eggs before the Easter party even started, so they were all ready to go.
Since it was a sunny day, I didn't want the chocolate and candy to melt inside the eggs. While the kids were busy making their crafts and playing games, I gathered a few of the parents and we hid all the candy-filled eggs.
Bulk pre-filled Easter eggs were our best friend since they came in large quantities and the toy-filled bulk Easter eggs came with the toys already inside. This saved us from hours of stuffing. There was an incredible variety of toys that included dinosaurs, bubbles, mini animals, space toys, and so much more.
Since we wanted a large variety of toys for everyone, we also ordered some pre-filled army Easter eggs, large stationery-filled eggs that came with mini crayons, activity books, and colored pencils, jumbo bright eggs filled with yo-yos, mini skateboards, and bouncy balls, unicorn toy eggs, joke-filled eggs, animal sticker eggs, and puzzle-filled eggs. The kids were in heaven!
We also included lots of candy-filled eggs too. We filled bulk Easter eggs, three sets of bulk pastel Easter eggs, and some eggs that looked just like chocolate bunnies with a variety of M&M's, Starburst and Skittles, mini candy bars, Laffy Taffy, and Easter chocolates. We ended up filling all of the candy that we got inside the empty eggs without having any left over except for some Laffy Taffy. The Laffy Taffy box was absolutely huge and perfect for a large Easter egg hunt!
When it was time for the hunt to begin, we let the younger kids gather their eggs first so they could get eggs without getting knocked down by excited older kids.
The parents were really grateful for this and there were definitely plenty of eggs left for the big kids!
We hid some Easter egg stress balls for the kids with all the other Easter eggs.
Even the Easter Bunny joined in on the fun and was seen picking up eggs from the ground, placing them inside the kids' baskets, and giving them high fives.
