Swoon Worthy Wedding Pie Bar

Swoon Worthy Wedding Pie Bar

If you’re a modern day bride or groom, congratulations! Weddings have evolved over the past decade into some of the most fun and engaging celebrations we’ve seen; imagination and creativity are being embraced like never before. We love to see couples express themselves, their lifestyle and taste through unique touches while still enjoying the traditions that matter most.

Dessert tables at weddings are a fantastic outlet for personal style to take center stage. While the customary presence of a wedding cake is still popular among couples, they’re also enhancing the dessert table with unexpected treats, from donuts and mini cupcakes, to cake pops, cookies, and even pies!

Our Rustic Wedding Pie Bar features a variety of sweet temptations, from full-sized pies, (like our Luscious Lavender Lemon Meringue) on pretty pedestals, to charming Cherry Pie Pops, and even miniature pies in Hand-Stamped Wood Favor Boxes. We designed our display in a palette of red, mint, and black with a neutral colored background. Of course, you can modify the colors to match your personal preference, as well as the pie flavors!  unique wedding dessert treat station using pie bar in red black burlap mint green neutrals Selecting a Color Palette When planning our display we channeled the classic colors of a barn in the country, or a county fair. We wanted the warmth of browns, but didn't want to wash out our display with neutrals. We used red and black to contrast against the brown tones, as well as compliment our fruit pies and blackboards. When working with any color palette, many designers like to begin with a neutral base color; then add two main colors, and often, a third pop of color in small doses to accent the design. In this case, we selected mint green in small touches. This detail gives a modern touch to our Pie Bar. Creating a Beautiful Backdrop Wood plank paper creates a photorealistic backdrop for the table, and photographs beautifully; just like a real wood plank wall. Layer in our DIY Ruffled Burlap Ribbon Streamers and hanging tissue fans to get a multidimensional look that will showcase your dessert display with class.   wedding pie bar alternative cake dessert treats with chalkoard handlettered signs Hand Lettering Enhancements Chalkboards are a classic wedding trend that stands the test of time. Best of all, they can be erased and used again and again when the celebration is complete. pie bar for wedding featuring blackberry pie and coconut creme pie and blueberry tartwedding pie bar featuring lavender lemon meringue pie with easy recipe Tasty Treats This Pie Bar boasts a decadent selection of scrumptious pastry confections.
