I think the You Are My Sunshine theme would also work well as a first birthday party. I am in love with the color combo of pink, light blue, and yellow because it adds a unique twist to the sunshine themes I typically see.

- Every guest gets three clothespins to wear once they walk in the door.
- You pick three words they cannot say during the game. (Example - baby's name, mother's name, diaper)
- If a guest says one of the words and another guest catches them, then that guest can ask for one of their clothespins.
- The guest with the most clothespins at the end of the shower wins the game and a special prize.
