Pie is a dessert best enjoyed in the summer so I chose this gingham tablecloth as it brings to mind picnics and summers spent outdoors. I painted marquee letters yellow to add a fun pop to the table and remind everyone this is where the pie is! I placed cut pieces of blue gingham on top of white cake stands and staggered them using boxes.Your wedding guests will love you if you provide pie but they will love you ever more if you give them to-go boxes! Using our free printable and the kraft scallop boxes you can recreate these favor boxes.
I hung boxwood mats to add a fresh greenery look to the background of my pie bar. The boxwood was also the perfect backdrop to hang my DIY pie banner from. Made from felt and only a few easy steps this DIY pie banner is a must for any pie bar!
Small clear frames were the perfect way to display my pie bar signs. You can download these for free over on the right side of the page. With cute pictures of pies these signs are a fun way to let guests know which flavor of pie they may want.
The last decorative element I added to my pie bar was a cotton garland. This garland added the perfect touch around cake stands and was a fun decorative element, perfect for a summer wedding.
