Santa Fe Inspired Wedding

Santa Fe Inspired Wedding

If you love the American Southwest as much as I do, why not take inspiration from it for your wedding day? Capture the essence of Santa Fe and transport your guests to a desert wonderland with this Southwestern-themed wedding. Combine coral, hot pinks, turquoise, and navy with succulents for the perfect blend of exotic color with an earthy desert twist. Create texture by pairing modern geometrics and metallics with traditional details like leather, wood and macrame. The result, a relaxed, Bohemian style wedding that will captivate your guests' imagination.

There's no denying the allure of succulents, they are the real heart of a desert-inspired wedding and this table.

Fill a glass bowl with small pebbles (or even beans) and top it off with an array of succulents. Place the bowl into a Round Wire Basket to give your table a modern Southwestern look & feel.

Use single succulents at each end of the table. Add a pop of color by painting a DIY Unfinished Wood Block Bank in vibrant coral, turquoise, navy and copper and using this as a vase. Place traditional black & white tiles under each vase to tie in with the black metal basket and ground the table.

Punch up your table settings with the same colorful palette in addition to modern copper elements. Start with a large geometric, copper charger, a similar charger can be found here and then add a charger that is hand-painted with a vibrant Aztec design, I've created a DIY for this Southwestern Charger, so you can make your own! Follow this with a Rose Gold Metallic Hexagonal Dinner Plate and Wooden Napkin Ring. To complete the setting, add Premium Metallic Rose Gold Cutlery, a Premium Clear Crystal Plastic Wine Glass and a Premium Flared Plastic Champagne Flute.
