Red balloons are the first sign that you've entered the lair of Pennywise the clown. Welcome to a Halloween party experience based on the novel and movie "It". Step into a circus scene out of a nightmare at this immersive Pennywise themed Halloween party, featuring a swirling ticket centerpiece, and eerie DIY Pennywise three dimensional wall art.
A well appointed soda float station bears a sign, "We all Float Down Here" and offers skull mugs, soda float fixings, and unique decor details. Step a little closer, accept your red balloon...and your fate.

The table is set with a bloody patterned table cloth and a layer of hand cut star patterned gossamer turns into a tattered runner. These elements are topped with a black and white striped table runner reminiscent of a vintage circus.

Swirling carnival tickets are secured in place directly to the table runner with glue dots. Carnival ducks get dangerous (with the addition of angry expressions added with a Sharpie). This is such a simple and inexpensive Halloween centerpiece, it's frightening!

Circus themed gift bags hold a pleasant surprise for party guests, because what's a Halloween party without lots of tasty Halloween candy?

Place settings continue the black and red theme with touches of yellow. Pennywise themed plates, napkins and cups come in a conveniently packaged set, and are placed on some black vintage chargers from my own collection. Paper boats, reminiscent of the iconic scene from the movie, are crafted from brown kraft paper and placed at the head of each place setting.

Red forks and spoons pair well with the blood spattered accents.

Free printable favor labels feature yet another creepy clown face peering back at guests. They're affixed to black mini favor pails filled with red swirl pops and a dangerous duck. This scary Halloween party isn't for the faint of heart, or the clown-phobic.

Customize black tote bags by making stencils with a cutting machine like the Cricut Joy. Use white spray paint to create the lettering, then touch up with a bit of red spray paint to create this bloody effect. These tote bags are perfect for collecting the myriad of carnival themed favors your guests will collect at the It Movie Screening on the lawn.

At the head of the table, a unique piece of wall art is hung to horrify party guests. It's Pennywise the clown, his head mounted on a free printable carnival backdrop poster. This scary Halloween decoration is easy to make using a latex Pennywise mask, white tulle garland and a staple gun. The terrifying visage of Pennywise looming over the festivities is quite unsettling!
A white candy cart is decked out with a striped awning and more swirling carnival tickets, affixed with glue dots. A printable sign reading "We All Float Down Here" is hung over a soda float station. Skull mugs are arranged with red striped straws and clown nose garnishes for a touch of fun. Using red soda to make the floats is an especially creepy touch.

Pennywise is sad to say goodbye for now. Red balloons are offered as final parting gifts to close out this unforgettably terrifying Halloween party experience. Be sure to check out how you can set up an Outdoor It Movie Screening for guests after the party!
