Charming Peanuts® Easter Party

Charming Peanuts® Easter Party

With the temperatures warming and spring in the air, Easter is the perfect time to get outside and celebrate! My daughters Stella and Hazel love a good party as much as I do, so we decided to have their neighborhood friends over on a sunny morning for a Peanuts® themed Easter party! Aren’t these pastel Peanuts® party supplies just the sweetest? They were the colorful backdrop for a morning filled with Easter egg hunting, party crown making, and kite flying! Get ready to enjoy a charming party with Snoopy® and the rest of the Peanuts® characters!

To set up for the party, I covered our backyard picnic table with a basic plastic tablecloth and dressed it up with a colorful lime green runner (it is chevron on one side and polka dots on the other!). I kept the tableware fuss free with disposable (unbreakable!) plates, cups and silverware. Rather than having everything match, I like to mix colors and patterns for an eclectic look. As long as you stick with a complementary color palette, such as all pastels, you're good! Pastel Easter Party Table Decor To make simple decor for your Easter party all you need are plastic eggs! I turned pretty pastel colored plastic eggs into whimsical flower bouquets for the party centerpieces. DIY Easter Egg Flowers Centerpiece Plastic eggs strung together with baker's twine look pretty meandering down the middle of a table. The handy little holes on the top and bottom of the eggs make stinging them together a cinch. Just open up the egg, thread the twine through the bottom holes using a darning needle, then push the needle through the top holes and snap the egg shut. Keep repeating to add more eggs to the garland! DIY Easter Egg Garland Table Runner Stella and Hazel helped me fill a Peanuts® pail for each place setting with some colorful Easter grass and a few surprises to keep their friends busy including crayons, finger puppets, and a bookmark to take home. These simple and yummy Easter Egg Nest Cakes use store-bought ingredients so you can skip the baking and put them together in under 15 minutes!
