Paper Plate Winter Kids Crafts

Paper Plate Winter Kids Crafts

Have some fun over the holiday break with your kiddos and make our Winter paper plate crafts! Ella and Annie created an adorable paper plate penguin, tissue paper polar bear and a paper plate confetti snowflake. These paper plate crafts are perfect for kids pre-k through first grade. It is amazing what you can create from a simple white paper plate. We used a variety of craft supplies for each Winter paper plate craft.

How adorable is our paper plate penguin craft? Ella and Annie just love his rosy little cheeks! We wanted to create a penguin that reminded us of the cheery Christmas party supplies at Oriental Trading. Imagine the characters you can create! We used white paper plates, black and pink acrylic paint, dip and dotter paint sponges, craft foam and sharpies. This Winter kids craft is perfect for pre-k to first grade.

Make our fluffy little polar bear with paper plates and white tissue paper squares! We just love how the tissue paper makes our paper plate polar bear look furry. Working with glue can be quite messy, especially with youngsters, so we tried this cool tool called a glue spreader. Trust me, it will help the kids use less glue and make for less mess!
