Organization is key in a classroom! When students know their environment and where everything goes, they feel comfortable. When setting up a classroom, it is important to create zones. One of the zones might be a "Birthday Zone". Whether this is a bulletin board, a basket, or some other area, a "birthday zone" can be created in a few steps. I am super excited to share this Birthday Cart with you for all the birthday organization! If you are short on wall space, this post is for you!

I am using this new rolling cart to store all the birthday goodies. But I wanted to dress it up just a bit. So I am adding this beautiful bulletin boarder (similar) around the top of each tier. All I used was double-sided tape to adhere and reinforced with hot glue in some areas. Carts are perfect organizers!

Next, add something the entire class will recognize throughout the day. A birthday chair cover is perfect for this! Just add it to the cart and you are set. I tied it on one of these handy hooks that fit perfectly on the cart. And voila! Organization!

Then, add something for the student to wear throughout the day. This way, whether they are in your room or somewhere else, other people know it is their birthday. Birthday bracelets are perfect for this! To keep these organized, you can keep them in this sturdy scalloped container. This container is my new favorite way to store smaller, odd shaped items. I love how sturdy these are and that they are clear! Great for organizing! YES!

So you are all set, all year long, prep little birthday bags. I added a Happy Birthday Pencil, a Colorful Bookmark from Crayola, and put the birthday bracelet in a clear bag. I love how simple yet usable these birthday goodies are. Place them in the pretty scalloped containers and you are set. Birthdays organized all year long.

As mentioned before, I added this pretty bulletin board border around the cart. Then I took the balloon cut-outs from this birthday pack and the cakes with each month and placed them around the cart for decor. I am switching the cakes every month (or having a student do it) to focus on the student's birthday for that month. Such an easy, festive way to celebrate birthdays and everything is organized all year long!
