Scare Up Some Dastardly Décor

Next stop, Halloweentown! The table is set for a scary-good Nightmare Before Christmas Halloween party in black and white with creepy details. The spooky party scene features pops of Halloween colors like orange, purple and green.

The familiar form of Jack Skellington haunts the wall in various dancing positions. From the bony hands of the Pumpkin King dangle, horrifyingly, what appear to be Christmas ornaments made from his very own head. The trio of ghastly Jacks dance in the graveyard atop tombstones, an eerie Halloween scene, indeed!

Jack Skellington cutout wall decorations are posed in various positions and attached to the wall with removable glue dots. Jack Skellington party lanterns are laced with black and white striped ribbon and woven behind the hands. Beneath Jack’s feet, faux tombstones in various heights are layered and leaned against the wall to create the look of a graveyard.  Creepy cloth conceals the bottom to create a more realistic scene. Seating a small skeleton near a grave and placing a pumpkin at another add realism.

DROP IN FOR SOME OOGIE BOOGIE SCARES

Ghosts fly by a sparkling chandelier, as a giant poseable spider contemplates dropping in to spin a terrifying tale or two. 

Webs cover the walls of this haunted soiree, and vines are overgrown and threaten to take over. To achieve this fearsome façade, the back focal wall is covered in black gossamer, then stretchy spider webs are carefully pulled across in every direction. Eucalyptus vines are added to the top of the wall and hung on hooks, concealed by clusters of silk flowers and more sturdy, extra large ghost spirals.

EVERY DAY IS HALLOWEEN

Every day is Halloween, floating ghosts beckon you to stay a while. A canvas pennant banner that reads, “Every Day is Halloween”, is trimmed and centered on the wall, then hung in a swag shape. I love how the canvas banner has pennants that have Jack Skellington on them.

Using a white frosted wreath for a Halloween decoration is the right kind of wrong! This eerily enchanted piece is decorated with striped wired ribbon and hung above the party table as a focal point. The fun thing about this design is that is can also be displayed during Christmas season. The wretched wreath is crawling with creepy details. Sally is hand painted on a plastic ball ornament. Ghoulish Details Delight In This Land Called Halloween

The party table is set with black and white striped runners, topped with a charcoal gray velvet runner. Greenery garland and purple flower vines are then laid down the length of the table. The wood trestle table is lovely, and needs no linen. It’s set with white Chiavari chairs for an elegant look.

IN THIS TOWN CALLED HALLOWEEN

Set a spooky scene using a silver candelabra. The vintage looking decoration is filled with miniature jack o lantern treat pails filled with shimmering lavender chocolate candies. A Jack Skellington head is created with a ball ornament, craft paint, and ribbon, and placed in the center of the candelabra. Custom printed ribbon reads, “This is Halloween”, and is fashioned into small bows on the handles. A ghoulish ghost pick is added to each. In the background an orange pumpkin is the seat for a slithering snake.
