There is nothing as special as showering a new Mother-to-be with a pretty luncheon with great friends. I love the idea of a shower theme that isn't centered around teddy bears and soft pink and blues. The Table
Sometimes just letting the table itself become its own backdrop to your place settings is the perfect answer. In this case, the gold metallic string placements topped with the gold diamond rim plate chargers didn't need to compete with an elaborate tablecloth or runner. A fun way to add interest to your place setting is to take your dinner plate, dessert plate, and appetizer plate and stack them. This Fluorescent Floral line has such fun shapes to each of the plates which makes it so visually appealing. I always love adding fresh flowers and candlelight to a table. Backdrop & Side Table
I really loved the appetizer plates from the Fluorescent Floral line and thought they each looked like pieces of art. So when deciding on a backdrop, I chose to use them on the wall above the food table. Using just a piece of painter's tape, I stuck them to the wall in this fun almost flower like shape to tie in with the floral theme. Sparking Water Spritzers garnished with fruit and herbs look beautiful in these bullet bud vases that I ended up using as glasses. For this party I made three delicious versions of water spritzers that are sure to quench anyone's thirst.
