I had so much fun creating this springtime mantel display with all the gorgeous glassware and vases. I was inspired by the fun look of my Fall Glassware centerpieces and decided I had to replicate that ombre' effect on even more shapes and sizes of vases! I'm so excited to share all the details of how you can recreate this same look in your home.
I chose to use light pink, neon pink, coral, orange, yellow and gold with pops of green for my Spring Vase display. It almost has a rainbow feel to it, which is both fresh and modern.
Anytime you can cut flowers from your own backyard and use them in your home, it's a wonderful thing! I kept my Desert Broom flowers in separate vases filled with water and set it in the yellow spray painted vase since the size wasn't quite right for holding the flowers and it worked out perfectly.
A little staging tip, try mixing in a few faux eucalyptus floral stems, along with fresh flowers is a great way to make your spring display last longer.
I added some height to the display by using some spray painted twigs in my light pink gallon jug vase. You can either spray paint the entire twig to match your vase or leave them as is.
I was also able to incorporate a few easy DIY projects into the look, like this fun wool felt pom pom garland! Select the color of pom poms from a huge assortment, and then string them onto some embroidery floss.
Mix in a few mini disco balls and some gorgeous moss rocks and you are well on your way to creating a colorful and fun display in your home!
I hope you have fun creating your very own springtime inspired display!
