Sweet Feminine Details
Delicate feminine details set the scene for a baby shower that's a little bit boho and a bit little rustic with a whole lot of charm. An Embroidery Hoop Backdrop created a beautiful focal point for the room. You can find the tutorial to create your own here.
Let the precious little cub know just how beary loved they are by creating this You Are Beary Loved Nursery Decor. Not only did it look darling hanging over our dessert table mixed with the decorative embroidery hoops, but it will also look so beary cute hanging in the little cub's nursery after the shower is over.
A Boho Embroidery Hoop Centerpiece graced the center of our table and was not only a beautiful way to tie in our backdrop, but was a cinch to make. I love that it could also serve as home decor long after the shower has ended.
A natural moss tablerunner added a little rustic charm to our crisp white tablecloth and provided the perfect pop of color to the table.
Natural wood centerpieces placed on either side of our Boho Embroidery Hoop Centerpiece held sweet bear figurines that wore crowns made from faux baby's breath. Sitting next to the bears were gold-flecked mercury votives and clear milk bottles, both of which were filled with flowers, faux greenery and eucalyptus. The milk bottles were dressed up with a bit of burlap ribbon with lace.
I couldn't resist dressing up the backs of our chairs! They provided the perfect backdrop to showcase another one of our faux greenery and embroidery hoop creations.
The Tablescape
The beautiful floral details of the garden party dinner plates looked graceful sitting atop the more rustic feel of the burlap chargers. The garden party dinner napkins and gold metallic cutlery complimented our place settings nicely. Vintage blush glasses paired with gold trim plastic cups blended seamlessly with our party decor.
Miniature bear figurines were painted gold and received a tiny bit of faux baby's breath to serve as the perfect little place cards. Clear favor boxes filled with gummy bears then tied up with jute cording and a punny tag that played off the theme of our shower. Both items made for adorable take homes for our mama bear tribe. Sweet As Honey Dessert Table
Our dessert table was layered with a moss table runner to compliment our dining table. Additional dressed up milk bottles and votive holders filled with flowers provided just the right pop of color. Guests sipped on strawberry, lemon and mint infused water, which was served in a glass beverage dispenser that sat atop a natural wood centerpiece.
Our mama bears noshed on delicious mini cheesecakes that looked right at home served on a natural wood centerpiece. They were so yummy our guests couldn't keep their paws off them!
A naked cake was topped with a bear figurine, which wore a faux baby's breath floral crown and was perfectly perched upon a wooden pattern cake plate.
Beary Adorable Nursery Decor
I'm sometimes sad after a party ends because it means the pretty decorations will be disassembled and packed away. It warms my heart to know that all the beary cute touches we created will be put to such a special use in a sweet little baby's nursery instead!
