We decided to host our picnic party inside this year. Depending on where you live, you can easily host this Easter picnic either inside or outside. You shouldn't be worried about hosting your party inside. A inside picnic adds a new element of surprise and fun for your young guests. how to host an Easter garden party Instead of a usual food table, we created a food stand by using some wooden crates stacked on top of each other. We used our DIY crepe paper flower garland to hang over the stand for a simple touch of color. For serving utensils, we wanted to keep clean-up easy by using yellow paper plates, and yellow utensils wrapped in a green napkin and taped closed with some pretty pastel washi tape. how to host an Easter garden party We served an array of fun foods - pretty flower lollipops to top our cupcakes, our delicious garden pudding cups, lemonade with cute little polka dot straws and green paper cups, and a lemon bundt cake topped with some chocolate carrots for some decoration. how to host an Easter garden party At the bottom of the food stand was where we placed our small Easter basket party favors. These Easter baskets make the perfect size for a small party Easter egg hunt, or as Easter party favor baskets. Inside each of our Easter baskets we placed a candy filled carrot using jelly beans and plastic carrot bag, a plush bunny, candy Easter bracelet, and a Easter eggs filled with chocolate eggs. how to host an Easter garden party To complete our picnic, we laid out a colorful array of floral blankets and our DIY paper flower centerpieces for them to eat around. The kids had such a fun time with their sweet array of Easter treats to choose from. We also had extra Easter eggs that we arranged around our food stand for our guests to pick up just in case they needed a little more treats. how to host an Easter garden party how to host an Easter garden party This cute little arrangement of treats is the perfect size for your pint sized guests.
